The film is directed by Revathy, which saw a poor start at the box office, and could not earn good business. The film stars Kajol in the lead and talks about a serious problem called Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
SALAAM VENKY BO COLLECTION
Salaam Venky features Kajol who plays a mother to a 24-year-old son who is suffering from Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The film, which failed to resonate with moviegoers, earned Rs 0.7 Crore at the box office on Day 2. Hence, taking the total tally of business to Rs 1.3 crores. Salaam Vdenky is receiving tough competition from other major releases, including Drishyam 2, Bhediya, An Action Hero, and many more.
