Rajkummar Rao recently shared his first look from the upcoming thriller, HIT – The First Case. The film will release on July 15.
Rajkummar Rao will be seen next in the Hindi remake of Telugu cop drama HIT. The film tells the story of a cop who is on the trail of a missing woman. Sanya Malhotra plays the female lead in the film. HIT stands for Homicide Intervention Team. Vishwak Sen and Ruhani Sharma played lead roles in the Telugu film. The first look poster of Rajkummar from the film has now been unveiled. HIT – The First Case will release on July 15.

The first glimpse of Vikram, Rajkummar Rao’s character from HIT – The First Case, shows him in an intense avatar. He is seen sporting a neatly trimmed beard and earrings on both ears. RAJKUMMAR RAO ON HIT
Rajkummar Rao is excited for his new project. Earlier, in a statement, the actor talked about being a part of HIT. He had said, “When I saw HIT, I instantly connected with it. It’s an engaging story, relevant in today’s environment. As an actor I am always on the look out to play characters I haven’t explored and HIT gives me a chance to do that. I’m looking forward to take this journey with Sailesh and Dil Raju.”
ABOUT HIT- THE FIRST CASE
HIT – The First Case is the remake of the 2020 Telugu hit of the same. The film is directed by Dr Sailesh Kolanu, who had also helmed the original. The Telugu film HIT starred Vishwak Sen and Ruhani Sharma in lead roles. The film follows a cop who is tracing a missing woman. The Hindi version is bankrolled by T-Series’ Bhushan Kumar, Dil Raju, Krishan Kumar and Kuldeep Rathore. As HIT is a massive investigative franchise down South, the makers are planning to give the Hindi remake a similar spin on a larger canvas. In the Hindi remake, Rajkummar Rao will be seen in the lead role of the policeman.
The release date of Vidyut Jammwal’s Khuda Haafiz Chapter 2 – Agni Pariksha has been postponed. The action-thriller film will now hit the cinemas on July 8, 2022.

Khuda Haafiz Chapter 2 is the sequel to Vidyut Jammwal’s 2020 film, Khuda Haafiz, which was released on Disney+Hotstar. The film is written and directed by Faruk Kabir and produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak, Sneha Bimal Parekh and Ram Mirchandani under the banner of Panorama Studios.

KK’S LAST SONG IS FROM SHERDIL
Popular singer KK died on May 31. However, his last song still remains unreleased. The song is from Sherdil and KK recorded the track a few months back in April.
Speaking to IndiaToday.in, Srijit told us about the first time he met KK and the unreleased track from his film. He said, “The song is very special. It’s written by Gulzar saab and sung by KK. And it is possibly going to be his last song for a film at least.

SAMRAT PRITHVIRAJ GOES TAX-FREE IN UP, MP, UTTARAKHAND
Ahead of the film’s release, Akshay Kumar arranged a special screening for Home Minister Amit Shah, who praised the film. On June 2, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has watched the film and has declared it tax-free in the state. A special screening of the film was held by Akshay and Manushi Chillar in Lucknow. Soon after the UP CM’s announcement, Samrat Prithviraj was also declared tax-free in Madhya Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
